Glad you enjoyed Toronto. Next time you come through, let me know. I can give you the inside tour. I know lots of great places to eat and pretty spots to see that only the locals know about.

    Too funny Brit Boy!

It's hard to believe sometimes that we and the Brits share a common language. When I was visiting my cousins in Europe many years ago, at bedtime, my handsome male cousin who I had just met, asked me if I wanted him to "knock me up in the morning".

Splutter! Cough! "I beg your pardon?"

"Do you want me to knock you up?"

"No, I'm quite sure I don't!" thanks anyway.

My father, who grew up in London, could barely contain his laughter. "It means knock on the door and wake you up." He finally clues me in.

For all you Brits out there "knocked up" in Canada means pregnant!

I would like to visit Canada, I've heard that Vancouver is the most beautiful city in the world. My uncle is planning to move out there.

My husband and I would just about scrape through with the points system but definitely would if my uncle moved there too.

Before I was a witness, I had a boyfriend who's brother lived in Ontario with his wife. They travel around the place teaching kids at school christian qualities and how to respect yourself. They were a band too, called 'Absolute' I think?
