Things you want to try now that you're not a dub...

    Soon I'll donate blood, because I want to, and because I can!

    I LOVE doing those! I want to donate blood, but I havn't fully convinced myself yet. (silly me!)

    I lOVE getting to know people without having ANY judgment against them at all! I just accept them for who they are and I LOVE IT! So helpful!

    I love reading religious material from 'outside sources'!!!

    Once a month I go to the casino or buy a pull tab without GUILT! I remember an elder saying if you won on the lottery you would get df'd.

    I guess I havn't lived on the WILD side of life. But just knowing that I have the FREEDOM to do what I want and still have God's blessing is wonderful!

    Quite a bit back I got on a mountain rappelling kick. It was such a rush.

    Well, there are certainly things I'm going to DO, such as vote, give blood, and contribute to other charitible organizations.

    Aside from that, although I'm not the extreme sport type, I am giving much more time to pursuing hobbies, (presently, in the beginning stages of building an electric car, for example).

    I found the occasional cigar is no so bad, either.

    They are not always what they are cracked up to be. I think the most I have learned is that you cannot just rush out and try it all at once. You get hurt. that is not just me talking. It is from talking to several peeps over the years that have tried it all. Usually they settle back down to a balance and find out that if in all the sex, drugs, rock and roll, etc...., you can find just one, just one true person that sticks with you, then you are doing well..

    I had hubby buy a 4-foot flag and holder to put up on the front porch as soon as the porch is finished.

    I watch anything and everything that appeals to me regardless of what rating it has.

    I wear a Cross.

    I now have more Christmas lights on the front of the house and in the windows, than any neighbor around!

    I say ALL the appropriate holiday things to people don't even know. (Hell---I went to stranger's homes to tell'em they were wrong all those years---I'm makin' UP for it now!)
