The JWs always like splitting hair with the meanings of words they have to put up a hard struggle to defend what they see as crucial issues. However there is nothing in history to indicate that Jesus came in any shape or form in 1914 or the nearly 100 years since. The world goes on as ever before.
It's all down to the end of times hysteria of adventist groups that began in the early 19th century USA.
