I was dissapointed when they did away with the rotation of PO's etc. I thought it beneficial in that whenever they'd appoint some numb-nut to PO or watchtower conductor, we as sheep could at least look foward to the next CO visit where changes could be made whenever they sucked at doing their unpaid free labor job bad.
The last years of attending here, they had a Watchtower conductor who didn't have the slightest idea of what watchotwer was talking about, let alone conduct it. But, because of his last name, they kept them in for years, mind you. Then the PO was a power mongering idiot who other "elders" tried to get him off, but to no avail. We were stuck with both of them.
