vomit, free speech is a guarantee from the government that citizens' speech will not be abrogated (with a few exceptions.)
There is no free speech outside of this agreement. Try walking into your boss's office and telling him/her that they are a piece of crap, and then claiming a free speech violation when you get fired.
YouTube is a privately owned company. They can choose what gets stored on and broadcast from their servers, and it's completely legal for them to do so.
Please help remove terrorist propaganda videos from YouTube.com

They are free to do so on their own web sites... however they are violating the terms of use in their contract with youtube.com. I'm just ensuring that youtube.com is made aware of violators.
Else, would you mind pointing out where these types of submissions(specifically, soldiers being killed) are "violating the terms of use?" I looked through their Terms of Use and this is basically all I could find:
E. You understand that when using the YouTube Website, you will be exposed to User Submissions from a variety of sources, and that YouTube is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such User Submissions. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Submissions that are inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against YouTube with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold YouTube, its Owners/Operators, affiliates, and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the site.
Otherwise, these items are not allowed:
C. In connection with User Submissions, you further agree that you will not: (i) submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant YouTube all of the license rights granted herein; (ii) publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage YouTube or any third party; (iii) submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate; (iv) post advertisements or solicitations of business: (v) impersonate another person.
Don't you agree then that the Apache videos should also be taken down? I don't mind you launching your own personal morality mission, but at least be fair according to free speech. Others have the same right as you to post what they want within the ToU, even if you find their material inappropriate.

Elsewhere, if you dont like it, DONT WATCH IT. Simple as that.
Honestly, you are starting to sound like some self-righteous "circuit overseer" berating the flock into submitting to your own personal, republican moral universe.
Underbeliever: Your analogy is nonsensical. Free speech allows for the expression of any opinion. It also allows for the expression of any rebuttal to said opinion. In your example, the rebuttal of my boss would be to fire me, and I would pay the practical consequences. This has nothing to do with the underlying concept of freedom of expression in a democratic society. Censorship is NOT a rebuttal, it is a cowardly attempt to control and repress information.

Elsewhere;
I'm pretty sure that the TOS for YouTube permits the posting and hosting of violent videos. Why would you even want to block the public from seeing videos of US soldiers getting killed? CNN and NBC has been doing it for years and presenting them in an open media. At lest on YouTube the user has to actively look for them.
The nice thing about having an all volunteer army is that these guys signed up for their job and are all "adults" who knew the risks involved. This is the main difference between these videos and the type of video that YouTube does NOT permit. Don't want to see them killed? Don't watch.
Me I think it's a wonderful wake-up call for the masses about the nature of police actions (can't call it a "War" because Congress hasn't funded it $1TRILLION later)

I saw a number of statements like this from folks that are on the left side of the political spectrum. Too bad they don't apply the same standard to themselves. Path to 9-11 and the incessant whining and
attemptedsuccessful censorship of this film by Bubba Billy.
