The Witnesses put me in door to door sales training classes when I was 7 years old. Do I know how to sell? Oh yeah! Do I like cold calling? . . . Nope!

Ok, that's a fair question. I'm not too proud to say there are benefits. I suppose the biggest benefit I' ve been given from the watchtower is that I probably never would have realized the true nature of God. I used to go to church and was mildly interested. Now it's the only home I've ever known. I have a personal relationship with Jesus and at least I know I'm doing the right thing, and most of all, I know who the enemy is...
Just so there's no confusion, I've never been a witness, it's my mom who's the dub.
By the way, last week, after those at the KH heard we are having financal problems, my mom found a 100 dollar bill in her bible with a card from a very generous sister. My mom was so shocked that she couldn't remember who the woman was, even though she had left a name. Now, I will never condem or ridicule her generousioty, but it seems to me, if she were really being Christian, wouldn't she leave the gift anonymously? I don't know her, but didn't Jesus say not to give charity out of pride?
Did anything like this happen to anybody when they were still a witness? Or did they give a similar gift? Am I totally wrong, or does this seem to have a motive behind it? I welcome any answers, I would really like to know.

Anitar..People do help one another,from time to time..This one did`nt seem to understand polite ediquete..I would`nt discount the gift or the intentions,unless the giver is making a public display of the gift...OUTLAW
