We can almost reach out and grab it! We must DO MORE to get through it!

THEY HAVE BEEN GRABBING IT FOR 130 YEARS.

MILLIONS HAVE ALREADY DIED AND SO FAR HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GRAB IT.

MAYBE IF THEY DO MORE THEY WILL BE ABLE TO GRAB IT

Thanks Zico, indeed it seems like every other assemblies. It made me remember the feeling I had when I was there, a feeling of sadness and depression because Harmagedon was long to come. Hell I could have wasted all my life for an illusion. I wonder what would happen if at the baptism question someone answer : Hell no !

ZICO, that was excellent! Blondie would be proud! BTW, where does the Bible say that the angels want to preach the good news but Jehovah decided to give it to his human servants??

I was amazed to see only one baptism. I?ve never known such a low number. Has anyone here been to an assembly with no baptisms? I expect that there will be a time when this happens, I?ll be interested to see how they do the talk on this day. There was certainly nothing new or exciting, there hasn?t been anything new or exciting for years.

Newyork44m. He never mentioned the exact country or date, but he definitely said it was a Central America country. For all I know, it could have been decades ago!

Amazing. My brother was baptised at a Circuit Assembly 8 years ago, with about 15 people being baptised! I was baptised at 14, 6 years ago, at a Convention, with over 30! At my Convention this year, there were just 6 baptisms. Things are definitely changing!

TheListener. Thanks! I do hope it can help people.

Unique1. I know how you feel!

JayHawk1. EXACTLY my thoughts during this talk.

    Sspo. Don?t get complacent now!

Well Zico, 2007 already, time flies - was it Dudley by any chance?

That Malawi/Mexico thing - did the Society get letters about it? (as they did the UN issue) I'm not too familiar with it, but from what I am aware, I'm somewhat disgusted.

Thanks, zico. I understand what a challenge it was to take these notes.

The comments on the UN show the WTS is trying to stay open-ended so they can point to whatever they want as their prediction of the future. I have posted elsewhere quotes showing how the WTS has "adjusted" their comments about the UN. I wonder what current events in NYC with George Bush and the president of Iran at the UN?

I wonder how many elders are going to run out and quit their jobs and pioneer?

Hi R6 laser, I already posted why I did this. I did it to help people see through the lies in the same way the Convention reviews helped me.

Do you still believe in the JW teachings? Maybe you should re-read this and other reviews before your Circuit Assembly. It might help you to open your eyes.

    Zico.

Our salvation comes from prayer, study and field service! We would also be judged in 3 main areas. In our speech, conduct and attitude .

Does it? Doesnt our salvation come from underserved kindness or grace? Does anyone else see the huge contradiction there?

I don't think I could sit thorugh an assembly, we have a building used by the JW's in my city for Circuit assemblies, too. I might drop by some weekend just to check out the baptism numbers her in the midwest---The one baptism is really intersting. Like I told the two elderly JW ladies this morning who were out in service- Why would anyone pick a true religion that was only 2/10% of the population? 99.8% of the world has rejected the JW message- wake up people!
