In what ways do you still think or act like one of Jehovah's Witnesses?
Last night, some co-workers invited me to watch Monday Night Football at a
local area bar. The usual drinking, smoking (an outdoor bar) and carrying
on were featured—including a near bar fight. All of a sudden, there were
flashback reminders. "Bad association spoils useful habits" and flashbacks
of old Watchtower study material which were mentally recalled.
Does this or did this ever happen to you?
I am not sure what to make of this, and whether or not this is a protection
as we were once taught or some kind of psychological mind game that
is going on within my person. My question related to this topic is simple:
Have you ever reverted back to thinking like a Jehovah's Witnesses again?
If so, what did it mean in your particular case?
This question could prove to be useful to hundreds of individuals
