The fall means Philadelphia Eagles time for me. Halloween and thanksgiving are pretty fun too.
Fall has a feel and a smell that I think is more distinct than any other season.

Indianapolis Colts - brisk temps - sweatshirts - colors and long walks in the woods.
Just made a pot of Avacado/Crab soup. Seems like a weird recipe - definately not for the juvenile taste buds - but pretty tasty.
Plus I uncorked a bottle of Gerwurstraminer. [Don't know how to put the german vowel marks on here.]

ALot of posters have mentioned my favorites as well, but, i will mention them again...
Blue jeans, sweat shirts, the leaves changing all those beautiful colors,( red, oranges, yellows),
Thanksgiving, Volly Ball, boxing, a log burning on the wood stove at night, a dovet to crawl under, a gentle breeze coming in through the window, the Fall Fairs, ( ours is this weekend) and, my dog needing his warm sweater when we go for our nightly walk...
Yes, I am all for Fall...it is my favortie time of the year....had, I had my own way, I would have been married in the Fall but, I wanted an outside one as well.....can't have everything I guess..

Yes Im ready for my first fall since im free ! Im going to bodybuild like hell :D ! And take boxing class again and learn music theory (no not to play Kingdom melodies) !

I LOVE this time of year and hope it is better then last year. Last year was SOoo disappointing.

the smell of dried leaves and campfires in the cold nights, crisp apples, candy apples (apples dipped in melted caramel), and Thanksgiving and Christmas happiness.
DROOL, Juni....Yeah, about the getting your Christmas shopping done early, thing.....I'm starting mine next week.

Fall is my absolute favorite. I put out my scaracrows this weekend!!
I also love buying the pumpkin and spice scented candles. They make the house smell so good. Also looking forward to having a fire in the fireplace!

I like the food and I like no outside work . . . for about two months. I hate cold. I hate snow. I hate ice. I hate fuel bills.
Summers are nice in Dakota but winters suck. In 4 more years I plan to take some winter snow bird vacations.
