Eat something with hot peppers in it, if you are OK with those kinds of foods. I am a pepper fanatic (Tabasco, jalapenos, habanero salsa, etc.) under normal circumstances, but when I am sick I take in even more. The red (ripe) forms of jalapenos, etc., if you can find them, are sweeter & chock full of Vitamin C. Also, I have found that Chinese hot mustard clears the sinuses better & faster than anything else I have tried
