Exactly what do they mean by the end of religion? I assume that they mean Jesus will put an end to all the different religions EXCEPT theirs? SOON?

They are always on edge the end will come any time soon, always that sense of urgency and duty. It doesn't register with them that they have been saying the same story since the year 1914, while since 1880 they were looking forward to 1914. Nothing ever came to pass except that six or seven WTS presidents passed on.

Well if they are saying that the End is so freaking close, just seconds away now, when next summer rolls around and nothing happens, will all the JW's be free to go since it will again have been BS? Sadly I don't think so, they will spin it, and spin it again, and these seriously brainwashed people will keep believing all the spiritual trash the WTS throws their way. I wish there was a way to open these people eyes so they can see how they are being taken advantage of, but sadly only a few of them will see the truth about "The Truth".

My f in l elder called and said a member of gov. body spoke recently at a German convention and told them all that it was now a case of SECONDS not days or years. Scare tactics methinks to keep them all in and to make inactive ones like myself come running back.
I was gonna take offense at that comment, but no, he's probably right. It is seconds away--as in, x seconds away!
