These ones are not old. They are in their mide 30's to mid 40's are very "intelligent" and hard working.

Someone is taking them for a long walk down the garden path, where service to a manmade organisation is passed off as service to God and they should be pleased that God gave them this work at all.
This will motivate the victims to work for the WTS while thinking they work for God and will also prevent them from demanding any rewards from the org. All said the org gets a lot of work done for free. Very smart.
