This idea of institutional control was set in motion by early christians leaders. The idea of the 12 apostles who would take the lead. Then the Paul too jumped in and took charge being the 13th so called self appointed apostle. You have the early writings of the early church some of which are the pastorial books, then the writing of the church fathers took on the lead. Religion has always felt that someone had to take the lead except perhaps the Buddhists. The three monotheistic religion set up authorities. Of course people always rebelled against this kind of control so more break off groups started up. Such is the nature of religion and human religions.
The governing body of JW's is just like all other religious organizations. It's strength comes from those willing to be obedient. When that stops the little men go away in shame.
I ask JW how they can prove that the so called governing body has Jehovah's blessings and guildance considering their failed prophecy's? They never can answer and shuffle off in frustration. All it takes is a little reasoning.

hehe this is a fun post
i got to say everything i wanted to on my final visit to the KH when i was interrogated/accused of some wild crap by another teen in the hall. (i dont know if those elders ever saw a 15 y/o stand up to thier bullshit, from the look in thier eyes, they hadn't hahaha). Any other lurking elders/GB that needs a young woman to verbally beat your ass down PM me.
i wouldnt need to say much but i would love to laugh in thier faces. especially a certain elder that got DF'd for banging another elder's wife. these two fornicatin' jws were THE most upstanding/popular people in the cong. it was a huge upset when the gossip broke and they both got DF'd. (and then after wallowing, both were reinstated) Many years later i heard the 'good' elder left his fornicating wife for a worldly woman! FINALLLY!!

1. Can you think for yourself?
2. Do you like mind games?
3. You do know that you can't really trust any JW don't you?
4. Do you put GOD first or the WTB&TS?
5. Do you have positive proof of what is taught by the "Society"?
6. Have you read George Orwell's book titled 1984? It applies to religion too...
7. Really now, tell me, what the hell is wrong with you? Do you have a problem or two?

Most JWs cannot separate Jehovah from the faithful & discreet slave. If it comes out in the Watchtower, it means Jehovah God Himself directed it.....yet if it turns out incorrect, it is merely referred to as "old light" and Jehovah knew that his people weren't quite ready to see the "new light" for fear of going blind.....CUCKOO!
