Congratulations matey...hope you will be very happy there.
I hope it all went smoothly for you in any respects; I am in the middle of a move myself and its never straight forward; just been told theres a 4 week delay from the estimated time to move in. Argggh!

I think we would just say house as sometimes house just means whatever, eg. I am housed in my flat, My flat houses me. My flat is my house. I hope you get what I means cos I don't.
