Iraqi Civilians Killed, Estimated - The UN issued a report on Sept 20, 2006 stating that Iraqi civilian casualities wre signifiantly under-reported for at least July and August, 2006, and possibly longer. Casualties are estimated at 50,000 to over 100,00, but may be much higher.
