Well, the dubs have been in our block of flats, but not to our door of course, we are on a list of "do not calls", probably at the top of it! They found 4 of the other 5 residents in, but I don't think they had any luck re placements. I can't see them around now, so I assume they are on another street, or have gone home.

LT: The dubs in your area obviously aren't very theocratic, the ones down here seemed to be doing it "by the book". I saw them knock a few doors on the other side of the street, and they didn't post anything through when there was no one home.

I had a fine piece of toilet paper left in my mailbox this morning as well. IF they knocked, it was very quietly, otherwise it was just left without. Nobody around knows that I'm an ex-JW, so it's not like it was left and they didn't knock because they knew who I was.

Anyway, I was almost hoping I could have a discussion with them. LittleToe had a great idea about calling the paper about it. Knock some wind out of their sails.

I think my wife planned on going out this morning too, but, it's pouring down rain in the southeast Texas area now. When I asked her what her scedule ws, she acted like she was loath to tell me.

I have not had ONE JW come to my door since I left the WTS seven years ago. I live three houses away from several JWs homes in a row and a few more live on the next road. I KNOW they're all around!

I doubt if I will get a tract (boohoo poor ME) but on the remote chance someone decides to stop here.....I will be sure to tell them that I am POSITIVE that the WTS will be the first one to GO when God gets rid of "false religions".

It does not matter to ME one little bit----I don't "belong" to any organized religion.....but THEY DO!!!!!

Does anyone know when the dubs themselves had the great "privilege" of receiving the tract at the KHs? I ask because I mentioned it to a dub about a month ago, not realizing that the campaign hadn't even started yet . So I wonder if they had even received it; if not, she's probably wondering how on earth I knew what it was all about .

Hi acsot,

I think they got a copy of it at a service meeting 3 - 4 weeks before the campaign was due to start. It would have been in the September kingdom ministry, I would think.

and of course they have guilted a load to auxilliary pioneer BOTH months - October and November for the tract distribution
