The other day at the bookstudy, the conductor said that DFed people are in a similar state to the demons, in tartarus. I thought it was a bit much. one sister took offense, but she was promptly put in her place. So we're taught to think like this about DFed people. Stupid really.

God what a stupid statement! Sorry to say that about your mother's comment, but its true!
God doesnt send spiders out to bite dfd people.
You and your daughter are certainly in danger around family members like that who show such a lack of fellow feeling, insight, knowlege and love for you.
I hope you are making new friends and new family.
I am.
My JW relatives would rather see me dead than happy as I am. That is the truth.

Good Girl or Bad Girl?
Sorry for scaring anyone...I should have included a follow up......That was 6 years ago.....and I do have a deep scar, and I did talk to a doctor once I was back home. He said I was VERY lucky my daughter burst it. I am shocked it didn't cause more damage, but for about 6 months, it looked like I had been shot between my eyes, and I cried a-lot because I felt very ugly. Now, I don't notice it much, but I still will have people ask about it sometimes.
Thanks for all your caring!
Six years ago or not, you still have been through a lot. And you have the scar to prove it... I'm so sorry for the emotional damage this experience caused you... I hope things between you and your mom are better at this time? I thought I'd read in other posts by you that you still don't have your daughter... do you get to visit her often? ((((((((megsmomma))))))))))) Hugs to you. Good Girl or Bad Girl

I wonder why these JWs were murdered after going to the convention. I wonder what bad things they had done?
Saturday, February 21, 1998 Six plead guilty to killing couple and young daughter
Last modified at 9:13 a.m. on Saturday, February 21, 1998
GREENEVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Six young Kentuckians, including one who claimed to be Satan's daughter, pleaded guilty to murdering a couple and their 6-year-old daughter as the family returned from a Jehovah's Witnesses conference.None of the six will face the death penalty, but all could be imprisoned for life without the chance of parole for three counts of murder under the terms of Friday's plea agreement.
Prosecutor Berkeley Bell said the deal was supported by the relatives of Vidar and Delfina Lillelid, who were shot to death with their daughter Tabitha last April. Their 2-year-old son Peter survived a bullet through his eye and is living with relatives in Sweden.
"I'm happy that the families and the people who cared about the Lillelids are happy. That means a great deal to us," Bell said.
A gag order remained in effect for the defense lawyers.
The pleas, which came three days before the scheduled start of jury selection, were accepted by Judge James Beckner, who asked each of the six if they were guilty. Each answered, "Yes." None showed any emotion.
The six are: Jason Blake Bryant, 15; Natasha Cornett, 19; Crystal Sturgill, 18; Karen Howell, 18; Dean Mullins, 20; and Joe Risner, 21.
The defendants were immediately sentenced to 25 years for kidnapping and theft charges. They are to be sentenced on three murder charges and one attempted murder charge at a hearing to begin March 2.
The Lillelids were headed home from a Jehovah's Witnesses conference in Johnson City on April 6 when they stopped at a highway rest stop in northeast Tennessee.
They were found in a muddy ditch along a gravel road several miles away. Vidar, shot six times, and Delfina, shot eight times, died with their children in their laps. Their legs had been run over by their own van, prosecutors said.
Two guns were used to shoot the family. Bryant, who was 14 at the time, was one of the killers, Bell said. Investigators were unable to determine who else pulled the trigger, he said.
The suspects were arrested in Arizona while driving the Lillelids' van two days after the slayings. The group had been turned away at the Mexican border because two people were juveniles.
Cornett, the reputed ringleader, had told her first lawyer she is the daughter of Satan. Others in the group are interested in the occult, and prosecutors say two days before the killings they held a bizarre ritual in a Pikeville, Ky., motel room that included self-mutilation and bloodletting.
According to prosecutors, Cornett, the daughter of a former Pikeville police officer, saw the movie "Natural Born Killers," decided she wanted to traverse the country killing people and began recruiting people to go with her.

I see my daughter as much as possible....but no tas much as I would like. My mom would rather me be dead than this happy too!
Now what I get for leaving Jehovah is a great husband, I get to be a mom to another daughter, she is 6 mo's, I get to find friends that are real...and like me for who I am, I get to have family that really loves me and never would shun me......Life is much better...but going through those things as you leave sure do leave a mark.

What your mon said was cruel and ignorant. Don't believe it for a minute. The Bible even says"time and unforseen occurance befall us all". Quote that to her next time something goes wrong in your life or hers.

That is sheer nastiness! I'm glad you have nothing left of the incident but a small scar!
Blondie - That is so apt!

Megsmomma, I hate to say it, but I think what your mom did is simply an outward manifestation of the inward evil that the WT seeds and fertilizes. It is an evil thing to say and an evil way for her to act. Makes me so angry, and I don't know either of you. I'm glad you have overcome your injury, and have made a new life for yourself.
