  Today to my surprise I found my name mentioned on a Cesnur site. It is authored by some John B. Brown. Anyone know who this guy is?

  Quite a spin on what I have actually written about these matters. Either the guy is dishonest of dumb. JW leaders are no doubt violating human rights as freedom of speech, freedom of religion etc. They are no doubt responsible for psychical torture with their DF and shunning policy. Although they probably won't go out and physically kill anyone they do promote and fervently wait for wish and pray for a bloodbath that will make the atrocities of Hitler, Stalin and Pol Pot look like a picnic. But of course they rely on their homicidal maniac god to do the real dirty work. Well, the site do contain the urls although not as clicable links so you can all see for yourself what I have actually said.

  "Disfellowshipping is not “torture cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment and punishment" as some anticult activist have claimed." that is what Brown claims yet that is precisely what it is for the emotional side of the ostracised, a degrading emotional torture (at least for most people apart from the really tough natured ones) and that is what DFing is meant to achieve. Congratulations by the way you have been noticed by CESNUR an org that includes New Agers as its members. I wonder why they think cults like the JWs are so harmless and innocent.
