What % of active elders do you think go peek on XJW forums?

  Nah, I think they spend their time at the porn sites.

  I had to LOL when I saw that.

  When my X and I were just getting online we had an Elder who volunteered to get us set up with AO(HELL) and online. He then proceeded to show us how to search the Internet with a search engine like Alta Vista (this was in the olden days). He then showed us how to get to porn sites by typing the word "tits".........oy vay!

  I wonder if he is still "in" and still an Elder?

  I suspect there are lots more Elders who do take a look just for information to protect the flock from evil-doers........good I hope they read a lot and that many of them figure out the lie they've been duped with and leave the B'org for good!

  I do believe that porn sites win with JW elders.

  I don't doubt that some look at the XJW sites perhaps with the excuse that they are seeing what the "enemy" is doing.

  I know of elders that said they were stronger spiritually and could withstand the contamination of R-rated movies, etc.

  The ones I knew who said that are mostly gone.

  I think it's pretty low as well. Anyone that looks here would obviously be interested in what's going on, so they'd read a bit. Then they'd realize some of it makes sense, and keep reading.

  I doubt it's as high as 25% in the UK, if my kh is anything to go by, there were only a couple on the net when I left. I wouldn't be surprised if they went on porn rather than ex jw sites though.
