I wrote a letter that I never legally joined their newly registered religious association, inc. that all JW in Germany were made members of. I think they consider this DA. ;-)

Df'd 4 years ago after a lifetime of service. Born into d troof, baptised at 18, MS for years, gave public talks etc etc - absolutely wasted my life.
Like to think that if I wasn't DF'd then I would be out by now as I had been trying to fade for many many years -
