The thing with Adyashanti's "meditation" is that it isn't actually a technique. He leads the listener in a way which will strip him of any and all things for the mind to do, which is what most techniques do; most techniques give the mind something to focus on like a mantra or the breath. With his "true meditation" one is led to the realization of what you are beyond any idea of who you are, beyond any self-image one has within the mind. So, if you are looking for something to "do" you may be disappointed. However, if you are looking to discover what your true essence is it is superb.
