Something doesn't add up.
The videos are clearly lip-synced; the audio quality is far beyond what any webcam (or in fact consumer-level camcorder) could do. That audio is studio-level production and is obviously processed--reverb in the linked video above, for example, and dubbing in a whole orchestra in the Frank Sinatra cover. And where's the mic in those videos? There isn't one, but she'd need one to get that level of quality.
It might still be her singing in the audio, but I guarantee that the audio was not recorded at the same time as the video.
Check out this amazing vocalist!! (I think she is also a JW)

I had the same problems - where can you get that kind of audio quality, complete with amazing reverb, (as though she were singing in a cathedral or concert hall!) singing sitting at your computer???!!!
Something seriously doesn't add up there. She may have sung and recorded that, but not there and then. She needs to come clean about that!

Sometimes the strangest topics bring long time lurkers out.
Her voice is awesome! This post is the first I've ever heard of her so I started looking further.
Her name is Marysol, is 24, married for 5 years & lives in Oregon.
The web site Bix is a Karaoke singing site so the music & most likely, special effects are provided from there.
This is Marysol's home page on Bix. http://www.bix.com/person/songbird82 Other songs by her are also posted.
If you look at the comments under this threads original song (Nella Fantasia), 'Caligirl' asked her if they are Bound Volumes. Marysol's response to that question is here: http://www.bix.com/person/Cali_Girl
'Caligirl' from Bix is a Witness. There is a 'Caligirl' registered to this site, although don't know it's the same person.
Marysol also has 5 pages of recordings at this site. http://www.ksuperstar.com/space/?player_id=16516 Check out "White Flag"
The Netcam seems to be new to her as recordings prior to October 2006 have no video.
If you look at her homepage at Bix, 'Fatal Dog' has said that he wants to help get her discovered. If she is discovered, it would be interesting to see what she would do, ie: conflict of her desires vs "THE BORG"
She has said that she loves singing but will not persue it professionally (due to ......)
Thanks

I agree! I could hear the voice modifier. Hell, I'd sound good (even with a paralyzed vocal cord) with a voice modifier and filters and what have ya!
But, I think she can carry a tune. I did see her taking in deep breaths when singing certain notes, so it could be her. I don't think she'd sound like this in a real life acapella performance.

Although not 'real life', here is a song done acapella: http://www.bix.com/entry/17444?itemIndex=2&memberId=13827&sort=CREATED_DATE
She (Marysol) seems to like the reverb effect. I too would really like to hear her acapella without the 'effects' to get the real deal.
