So are there presidents that you think would be found certifiably insane? Which tests? Whose judgement? Just because someone has ideas you don't agree with doesn't make them insane.

I think you also have to pass a psych test and a pretty tough written to fly an F104.
If you can't pass these, they will give you a 24' fiberglass riverboat with 2 outboard evinrudes.

Yay Blondie. The recent changing of the guard reminds me of the early 90's. Everyone used to say "Damn Democrats!!". Then, the last few years everyone was saying "Damn Republicans!!" Let's give it 7 years and everyone will be saying "Damn Democrats!!"
