Apostates/ex-jw's do you think that you are "addicted" to JW's-bashing?

Are you a bit cruel, or unaware of the damage that each person here has sustained? From what I've seen, people talk about an experience or memory here once or twice and then move on. I think that's pretty healthy actually. The problem is that there is usually a lifetime of experiences and memories to work through.

Another thing: JWs are so hypersensitive to the tiniest criticism that anything that doesn't praise them is considered 'bashing'. My parents don't talk to me anymore because in a letter I wrote to them telling them how much I love them, I also included the words 'I just can't make myself believe it'. That was the only thing I said about JWs, and they said that they can't maintain contact if I'm going to criticise their religion. I consider that kind of sensitivity childish and pathetic.

Religious bashing is for all intents and purposes, religious intolerance.

I am not intolerant of Jehovahs Witnesses but where their beliefs or actions are inconsistent, hypocritical, abusive, and down right immoral I will exercise my freedom of speech to expose it as a protection for others. This doesnt negatively effect my ability to move on and heal in fact I think it helps considerably.

As far as it being an addiction...hardly.
