Good post, and typical of JW thinking in non-compassionate terms. The JW who said those things, however, does not know his own religion's teachings:
Here are the errors and the correct teachings:
It will be a very big job cleaning all the debris from the destruction of Christendom's temples of worship to satan.
Beside the fact that Christian Churches are not set up to worship Satan, the so-called clean-up will not be as much about cleaning up destroyed churches, as it will be the entire world structure of cities, high rise buildings, roads, massive industrial structures, etc. Churches would be the least of the JW concerns.
We may even have to take care of the dead bodies that will be left over after the great day of judgement.
The Society has long taught that the birds of prey, and other carrion beasts will be directed by Jehovah to eat up the rotting flesh. JWs will then search for and burry the skeletal remains.
That part wont' be pretty right now, but after that great day, we will be perfect, so seeing dead bodies probably won't bother us that much .
JWs will not be perfect, but will grwo to perfection gradually until the end of the Thousand Year Rule, when Satan is let out again. They will all be tested as perfect people then, and that is why the destruction of people at the end of the Thousand years will not allow for resurrections, because so-called perfect people will have forever chosen to side with Satan. The loyal Perfect people will then be declared incorruptible and allowed to live forever without Satan and the Demons around.
We will all be aproximatley the same age.
Baloney. JWs will be the age that they are and those resurrected will be brought back the age they were when they died. Only at the end of the Thousand Years, as people have gorwn toward perfection will they all attain the same physically perfection ... however, one's actual chronicalogical age will always be from when a person was first born ... JWs evidently are not taught basic logic and mathematics.
From the pictures I've seen in our publications , we will have children too.
Children will be born in the New System ONLY to those who survive Armageddon, because those resurrected will be as the "angels" and not be able to procreate. At the end of the Thousand years, all childbearing will cease.
We will build our own homes, plant our own vinyards, no longer will we have to work for someone else,...
JWs will steal the homes of those slaughtered at Armageddon, and then as people are resurrected, JWs will share in helping to build everyone's else's homes including their own ... and JWs will still work under the direction of the Society and the Princely Ones (Elders) as they are assigned. They will not be off independent as this JW thinks. If he wants to be self-employed, he can do that now. I am self-employed and have been for ten years. It fun! But a lot of work.
no longer will we need to come to the aide of someone else , unless that providing spiritual need.
Barf!!! All those right after Armageddon will still be imperfect, including those resurrected ... and aide will be needed until people reach perfection a Thousand years later ... the Society simply forgot about this little logistic. But, how selfish of this JW to not be willing to come to the aide of someone who might have an accident, or may still have imperfections due to age.
I hope their isn't modern technology, but who know's Jehovah is allowing mankind to travel the atmoshpere using only 1/3 of their brain, who know's what Jehovah will allow us to do with our whole brain.I'd love to travel to the outer reaches of the universe!
JWs do not use a 1/10th of their brain now ... how will they ever expect to use their whole brain. Humans were made to be technological creatures ... so if this guy do not like modern technology, I suggest he take up residence in Africa in a grass hut, run around naked fighting off snakes and big bugs, and eating as the trbal people do ... then he can rethink his hatred of modern technology. But if he hates technology, then WHY IN THE HELL does he want to travel to outer space? What a nut case!
Its scary to see how screwy the JWs are becoming, and how they do not even understand their own teachings.
