Yep. Those are pictures from the original Stepford Wives.
The first one is the clone/robot of Joanna which is not quite finished, the second picture is one of the wives who's already been uh, 'transformed' (she reminds me soooo much of a CO's wife) and the last picture is all the "new" wives of Stepford after the real ones have been murdered.
