I found this video of a young girl giving her first talk at a hall. I thought she did a pretty good job of it. She seems really smart. I thought it was an odd thing to put up on the net though. The school overseer could stand to drop some pounds. Fewer Big Macs and maybe a good daily walk. Is it my imagination or did I hear someone crying and/or screaming toward the end of the clip (at about 6 minutes)? Probably some poor kid with a rebellious spirit...

This one, a montage of still photos, shows witnesses who volunteered after Katrina. Neat that whoever put it together didn't use a kingdom melody for background music. Obviously a rebel.

Last one. This guy is a Muslim. Claims that he was "the national overseer for Jehovah's Witnesses" but quit in 1969 because he could not preach things he didn't believe. Maybe someone from Scotland can confirm his statements.

That's what I noticed too.. "Obey God Rather than Men".. LOL .. I remember when I was still in at the beginning of this year and seeing that.. I could hardly sit there and not laugh about that yearly text.

I watched this one to see if I recognized anyone -- as I was raised going to the Cow Palace year after year. Lots of kids in the video and didn't recognize any of the adults.

But holy sh*t -- I remembered the words to the two kingdom songs (We're JW and Move Ahead). Creepy!
