My 2 Year Anniversary on JWD.

  Good morning, and it was nice to wake to such nice comments. I read my topic this morning and my goodness, I was rambling!

  Thanx CrazyBlondeDeb, JWdaughter, SunnyGal, Abandoned, HadEnuf, CodeBlue, Gumby, purps, bebu.

  Today I think I will purchase my first American Flag and hang it proudly. I no longer consider it an idol, but a symbol, and it is another step in my 'reform' to do this. Two years ago I could never have done it - now my mixed emotions are cleared. I owe it to folks like you.

  We're having Turkey day at our house this year - any who wish to 'pop in' feel welcome. Gumby, leave the 'nut shinin' kit' at home, ok?

  Happy Anniversary, AK-JEFF....I'm glad you're sticking around. I also enjoy your posts, very much. You and your wife are Awesome grandparents, to be raising your grandkiddies....it must be hard, some days, but it's so worth it. You deserve medals, both of you.

  Our retirement accounts are not 'busting out of the seams' I will tell ya'. But, we take it as a mission of the highest order. In the end we hope to have contributed something of worth. The 'ups' are more than the 'downs'.

  I joined JWD a few months before you--but was still mostly indoctrinated at the time. As the months passed, I definitely remember your posts being among those I identified with more than most. And they still do.
