I loathe Spam, but just so that you don't think I am thinking I am better than anyone here :) I do have to confess to adoring Velveeta Cheese and to eating chunky peanut butter right out of the jar, heaped on a big spoon. That I ever lost 120# is a miracle! THat I kept it off is a blessing.

A couple of weeks ago, I was in the cafe where I normally buy lunch during the week.
There was a woman seated in the cafe. She asked for a plate, knife, and fork. Then she proceeded to open a can of SPAM that she had brought with her, put it on the plate, and eat the entire thing. Nothing else to accompany the SPAM... Absolutely nothing. Just an entire block of SPAM. And she had a second unopened tin on the table next to her plate just in case she was still hungry.
It was very very disturbing.
