Lee! Rose is still around???? Poor Rose I have to pity her....I think she had a hard life.

Yup still alive. Her memory fades inh and out but other than that she is doing well - or so I hear. She went back to the JWs a few years ago. She now lives in a nursing home and the last I heard they have a WT study there for her and a few others

I wonder if Frank ever sees her??.

Franhk, my mother and their older sister Alice are still JWs. They go visit when they are in Sudbury. Vic and Suzanhne drop in on her regularly and no one turns them away.

The last I saw of her was about 12 years ago. I went to visit Alice and when I walked to the door I got the biggest hug. Then I looked over the shoulder I was huigging I saw Granny Rose coming towards me. It was then I realized I was actually hugging Alice. Alice looked older than Rose. (Don't mind my not using the granny-aunt thing - it was silly in this crazy family)

Good grief. What a messed up liofe but coming from this family anhd not getting some professional help is sure to mess up folks. The proof is that ~~so many~~ almost all have serious mental health issues.

He told young Richard ---he never went for custody for them because he knew Sue was the better parent....

That sounds loving but I suspect the truth is he didn't want to deal with being a responsible parent. It would have kept too many women off his hit list. That's really sad. But it is the life he has chosen. Each one of us at some point has to look in the mirror and decide what we want out of life and examine why we aren't getting it

I am 65....will be 66 in July, and have been here at JWD for 5 years, 3 monts and 30 days, LOL! I have also met Mouthy.....and just LOVE her to pieces! (I met Ellderwho too!)
