Ironic that he called it "Awake" since I thought the only people that listened to his unique brand of "elevator music" were coma victims...LOL....

Dude, never heard of him. But I checked him out on Amazon. He's got nothing on Il Divo.

That was funny! I thought the same thing when I first saw the title of his new CD. I am a HUGE fan of Grobans. I put this cd on my wish list I gave my hubby for xmas and I am sure he got it for me! I knew a lot of jdubs who like Groban so I am sure they will see some type of "sign" from Jehovah in this.

BTW: I dont' know why but I can't stand IL Divo - I would much rather listen to Andrea Bocelli Lilly

My son sings like Josh Groban, and his voice is so sweet and rich that listening to him is like an audible creme brulee. . .funny thing is my son doesn't enjoy listening to a lot of different kinds of music that he will sing, but he loves Groban too. That kind of singing requires a truly good voice and training and excellent technique.

NOT that I have any bias;)

No kidding! I love Josh too, but Il Divo is AMAZING!

I recorded their "Live at the Greek" show that was on PBS a couple of weeks ago, and watch it all the time. Their Christmas CD is on in my car all the time. LOVE THEM!!!

It's good to see Simon Cowell putting together acts with more culture. I saw Il Divo for the first time on that same show on PBS.

Sadly, it's not likely any of my male friends would be willing to see them live, or even really to listen to them at all. Stupid American, southern machismo. But... I'm sure I could dig up some gals that would be willing to drool over them while I enjoy the talent. Brigid?
