There are 1,069,530 publishers in America. Notice the growth spurt at the beginning of 2006. The last month of the Service Year shows an increase of 2.3%. This year and/or next year may very well show Jehovah's Witnesses as the fastest growing religion in America once again.

I was able to obtain the Field Service Reports for September 2006 on some of these countries. And it does not show any negative increases. Most of these countries are showing a positive trend, much like the United States' spurt that began early this year.

That is merely evidence that JWs, unlike normal people, are too stupid to use birth control. Everyone with a brain knows that most of their "growth" comes from within their own families, and many of them leave the cult upon reaching adulthood.

How do these "increases" compare to the overall birth rate of each country?

Could you seriously not find an American religion that's not got more than a 2.3% increase? I'm sure the Pentacostals are about 8% ? I could be wrong though.

This year and/or next year may very well show Jehovah's Witnesses as the fastest growing religion in America once again.

The only way that might happen is if they can keep the supply of young and pre teen kids of jws submitting to the blackmail encouragement they are given by their parents and cong elders to get baptised.

You really do live up to your name. Joker 10.

According to this website: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Claims_to_be_the_fastest_growing_religion other religious persuasions are showing much larger numerical "growth".

Consider these. (I'm with the first group !!)

    Non-Religious
    • The American Religious Identification Survey gave Non-Religious groups the largest gain in terms of absolute numbers - 14,300,000 (8.4% of the population) to 29,400,000 (14.1% of the population) for the period 1990 to 2001 in the USA. [1] , [8]

    Wicca
    • The American Religious Identification Survey gives an average annual growth of 143% / 11,454 for the period 1990 to 2001 (8,000?134,000 - U.S. data / similar for Canada & Australia) [1] , [8]

Look mate, why dont you take your head out from your own arse and realise that you are indeed clutching at straws yet again.

I believe that many people are leaving the truth at the moment because they feel depressed, weighed down and generally unhappy. This may not be this case in your little location but it sure as hell is over here and in may other places.

Not only that but those 'active publishers' are all onto a good thing. Doing route calls, sitting in the car talking and eating donuts. Most 'active publishers' that I know do this brain numbing work simply to keep up appearances. A simple token service to the cong/people/WTS. If they really believed the truth then they would all be out special pioneering instead of building buisinesses and driving mercs and beamers.

Now phuck off and stop being a bad witness by associating with us bad apostates (JW label).

I believe it's called 'creative accounting'.

All those that can't make an hour out in FS can put in 15 mins.

The others can make up their figures and may be just 'pretend' publishers.

    Either way.......it's pure BS!

Maybe it's 'theocratic warfare'!!! There are more of us, because our mags say there are more of us!!!!

According to all the reports I have seen, the stats show that Islam is the fastest growing religion in America. As I posted in an earlier topic the Jehovahs Witness numbers are very insignificant compared to the Big religions. So I would suggest to the poster to go toot your horn elsewhere, lol.
