I can't be live how worked up people get over holiday greetings. National news stories, lawsuits, and every other kind of BS you can imagine... all over how to say: "I hope you are happy."
It seems to me there are far more important things to worry about.
Well since the majority of the US celebrates Christmas, and these retailers are reaping profits from this holiday, I think it's hypocritical of them to forbid employees to say Merry Christmas. You know I think Americans ought to quit buying so much for Christmas and start making homemade presents, maybe that would send a message to the retailers. If I see a retailer who is not afraid to say Merry Christmas, then Im more apt to spend my money with them.
