Anyone experience leg cramps? That's why I'm up at this hour. Not just a charlie-horse in the lower leg, but ones in the thigh that have me bolting upright out of bed and immobile for several minutes. nothing I do helps, I just have to wait it out. They're excruciating. They're worse if I over eat or don't eat enough. I've only met a couple people that have an idea what this is like. Well, at least I can get caught up on what's going on here at JWD!

Hi Emma,
I always massaged the area firmly (yes it hurts). But this sounds different from my charleyhorses.

Thank you, What A Coincidence. I've never heard of that. I just hobbled off to the kitchen for a big spoonful of mustard; good thing I like it. Itll be amazing if this works; I thought I'd tried everything.

I take a potassium tablet when I have leg cramps. They work well for me.
