... went better than expected, and a blood factor alternative to transfusion they used – because Gaal and her husband, Ted, are devout Jehovah’s Witnesses... "....But just last week, he was busy living his life. He stood up onstage at the Kingdom Hall his family attends and read the first 14 verses from Isaiah 10 to an audience as part of an educational program. He didn’t make any mistakes, and the moderator, Greg Culpepper, commended him on his expressiveness: “That was excellent reading. Keep that up. Not only will it help you but also the people who hear you.” Aussie says he (age 11) wants to take the big step of being baptized in the spring. It was one of the things his mother had prayed for while he was unconscious at Riley. “You can’t give up,” she says. [email protected]reporter on case

I am sending him a get well gift. I'll bet he has gotten nothing from the KH crowd. I was a sickly kid once when I was 7 and missed several months of school. The gifts and cards I got meant a lot to me. If he doesn't know I am a former JW he might even write back to me. He might even start to wonder, if worldly people are as bad as the WT presents them to be. Lets show him some love. I'll tell him I am Jewish and God moved me to do this for him. He needs to see that there are good people in all faiths.

Cards and gifts to Aussie campaign!

baptising damaged under age children, a new shining example for the other little children, great for assembly examples, maybe squeeze an awake out of it.

i dont know why they dont just jump on the christening band wagon and be done with it, or maybe they could just start baptising pregnant women and get BOGOF's, (baptise one get one free)

    OT:
Danny, Do you remember the Witnesses who were drowned in the boating accident in the Gulf of Mexico? If you do, are there any archived pages of those news articles available?

    Thanks! Gary
