Thanks for the download link. We've been having rain for the past day and my satellite internet connection was dropping out. I finally got it, and got it saved to a CD.
I also have briefly compared the above quote from my scanned book copy (PDF) to the text in the WT Library on CD. I see no difference.
So, my next question is -- what's the point? Please share with us the advantage of the download (assuming we already have the Library CD)?

Now, let me ask you some questions. Where would you have been if you did not have the actual book to compare with the Watchtower CD? If you truly believe the Watchtower is not guilty of changing their statements in their literature, then why did you download the book? Why did you take the time to put it on a CD? Why did you compare the two in the first place?
I am sure you recall the 70 changes in their "Revelation" book! And if a person did not have the two Watchtowers listed below, then how would they prove to a JW that the Watchtower changed their Bound Volume from what was originally published? Remember this?
I hope this answers your question as to what the "point" is!

Just a side point, Rutherford and a few of his cohorts, did despise Russell and did everything to discredit him and his teaching. I am thinking that his hatred of Russell was so great that that he caused a divisionin the organization. my opinion is that Rutherford was quite jealous of Russell.
No wonder that even to this day there are people who still follow bro. Russells teaching and live by the "Study of the Scriptures. they are call the DAWNers/ I get there magizine the Dawn from time to time.
Could someone freshen my memory but didn't Rutherford profess to be the FDS also?
