I think they come up with these tract campaigns to give the dubs a break from the (ab)normal routine
of trying to start doorstep bible studies. The dubs get some relief by just going up to the door and
handing the person a tract, no conversing with them.
They don't even hand them to people usually. They put them in the door and run away.
I have heard stories that they hoped not to run into people.
They do give the dubs a break, but not for the sake of the active dubs. Their goal is to
get inactive ones out there in this easy work so that numbers are up, they can guilt those
reactivated to get out there every month.
