Is Jesus really a Jehovah Witness?

Of course he was, it was obvious - he wasnt always in good standing though!

    • The sermon on the mount was just his attempt to get his pioneer hours in before the end of the month!
    • He wasnt an approved associate though, as he was never asked to do the microphone duty in synagogue!
    • He was slightly more approved when he turned water into wine though, typical double standards on the part of the congregation!
    • Feeding the five thousand was frowned upon by the elders because it was an act of charity and he shouldve known that the correct approach was to contribute to the worldwide work instead!
    • He couldve gone to University but he was forced to do a Carpentry course instead!

He could only have been a publisher. M.S. and Elders can't have beards.

Again all these kinds of questions are based on belief systems only. For example: Someone believes that the Bible is inspired, from God, hence the question posed is for believers that the information in the Bible comes from God. For me, I don't believe that that is true. I believe that the Bible is a distorted history written by men. So, the question posted is not for me to answer.

Terry: That was a little harsh, don't you think? Are you having a bad day?

I thought what I was saying needed to be said. We are, after all, dealing with grown ups presumably.

We all have to grow up eventually, don't we?

What's wrong with a dash of cold water if it wakes you up in time to get out of the house before it burns down around you?

    JH,

She'd probably laugh, too, if you told her that when Jesus was twelve, he first studied the Watchtower before he could understand the Scroll of Isaiah that he read from in the synagogue. Luke 4:17

    good one terry

Seriously though, Jesus was not a JW, like someone else said earlier, the organization didn’t exist then. Fist of all you can’t recruit someone who is dead. I know a lot of people out there don’t believe he is dead, whatever. Second there wouldn’t be a difference then any other Christian religion claming him as one of theirs. Oh wait they all do, never mind. I heard he was an avid member and founder of the first carpenters union (Local 1)
