LOL... that's the actual narrator for the National Wildlife Service commercials. They've been doing commercials on various types of endangered animals and habitats in Canada for decades. They're one of the few constants on Canadian TV. You can find others in this genre by entering Hinterland's Who's Whointo the search engine on YouTube.

in canada we take great pride in the fact that the government hands out mind altering & mind expanding substances to spiders, and puts any homo sapiens who use them (save booze) into a jail cell for 5 years.
