I work in tech support. Some people can be soooo stupid. Now before anyone gets all huffy saying not everyone knows about computers, and I shouldn't call people stupid. I'm not talking about people who don't know how something works. That is my job I'll you how it works. I'm talking about people who refuse to listen or think for themselves. For instance I ask "please unplug the black cord from the black box." They say "you mean the yellow one?" Oh for the love of God I don't mean the yellow one I mean the black one.

Try repeating that 50 times a day.
