You know, I HATED when I had to conduct the Watchtower! I easily forgot names so would tend to call the same ones I knew. After a while, I brought my cheatsheet and put down the names of those I'd typically forget. Then, everyone was happy again.......Sister Blondie would've been wonderful at the bookstudy because if I didn't know the answer, I'd just look at her.
