What has life taught YOU? Any subject or any issue that you want to share to help someone else!!

You cant change people no matter how hard you try.

Money is important as we need it but happiness means more than money

Dont jump to conclusions as I will probably be wrong

If I die with a handful of CLOSE friends that I can trust with ANYTHING, then I will have died a rich man

A very good question. Time flies by faster as you get older and things change from day to day. The older you get the more you realize you don't know much of anything. Don't get yourself in debt before you retire and don't depend on your job lasting too long as a lot of industries are failing because the CEOs are draining them dry and don't care at all about the employees.

Get an education while you're young if possible. Learn to be responsible for your actions. Sex can be great or it can ruin your life. Try not to do things that will haunt you the rest of your life. Try to enjoy each day you live.

I learned that no matter how hard you try with your children when they get older they will do what they want no matter how well you intended for them.

I have learned that I don't know very much and the older I get the gap gets bigger in what I don't know compared to what I do know

I have learned the more I read the Bible the more I need Christ sacrifice for my life as I am the biggest sinner I know

I have learned there are givers and takers and the world is filled with more takers than givers

I have learned that family may not have the same blood and DNA as me

I have learned that others know much more than me about so many things, but I too have knowledge to share. I've learned to trust myself and not to defer all the time.

I've learned to listen - that was a difficult lesson for me. I think I'm still learning to control some .... arrogant tendencies? I've learned that almost all people have something good to offer, there are relatively few 'wicked' people.

I've learned that we all make our own way in life and that the journey can in fact be the destination. I'm happy to share that journey with like minded souls and those who will disagree with me.

After 35 years I learned that I am not a religious man and never should have been but I have also learned that so many religious people are the ones I view as friends. I've learned that it's okay for me to view faith as a weakness but I've also learned to respect my friends who see it as essential.

I've learned that I don't need god. I've always known that I need love.

i've learned that knocking myself out to please others isn't noble..its stupid. i'm important too.

i've learned that i'm disposable to the people i used to knock myself out to please and i've learned what real friends are ,i'm indisposable to my real friends.

i've learned that gravity is evil. and there is no limit to how many chins i can grow LOL

I have learned that people are not cats.

We only have one life to live and we shouldn't screw it up.

    Life is short, enjoy it.

And from my 14 year old sister, "You know whenever I say goodbye to someone that I love I always tell them that I love them, because you never know what could happen and if something bad happens and I never see them again I don't want my last words to them to be something like 'hey can you get me a hot dog'? (if any of you watch the Simpsons you know what she's talking about).

That I don't know anything of value to others and there are many, many people out there who are much smarter than I...as well as not caring what people think of me...other than that I, to the best of my ability, try to treat others as equals...I'm not better than others, never have been, never will be...
