There is a Harold Blanchard on piano in the credits, and this is clearly the same Harold Blanchard whose CD is sold on this JW website:

There is a Harold A. Blanchard, jazz pianist, who teaches music at Stetson University in Florida (http://www.stetson.edu/music/faculty/blanchard.php), who apparently is the same "Brother Blanchard" mentioned here http://www.jpproductions.com/html/music.html.

It looks like this has been made by the WT Art Department at Patterson. If you watch the credits they've included background scenes taken during the production. Looks like they're from around Patterson - can anyone else confirm?
The narrator is an Englishman, Allan Boyle (who arrived in London Bethel around the time I left) and is now one of the top guys in the Art Department at Patterson.
Allan claims to be 'anointed.' If the GB's so desperate for replacements, how come he hasn't yet 'received the call'?? Although he hides it well, the poor guy's sooooo pissed off at being passed over! Sad thing is, he's now too old to leave or do anything else, so he just has to tug his forelock and smile gratefully at all the young whippersnappers now on the GB ...
The production company may be a local JW: interesting he's also worked for the US Air Force and 'Real Faith TV'??
