This seems so ironical to me! The organization has that has been preaching and looking forward to the end of the system, but the end will be put an end to them.

Watchtower owns from what i heard 40 buildings in Brooklyn.
They could sell them all and make billions of dollars.
Move the operation to Wallkill and Patterson (620 acres) and run the operation on the interest alone from the billions in the bank.
We might not see their door closed very soon unless the government gets involved like it happened in France. ( Does anyone know of the outcome in france, did the society get their branch back and did they pay the taxes?

The main financial life of the organization stems from those who support it. At the same time the organization has not only woven itself into the minds of it survivors, it has woven itself into the financial and legal fabric of society. The corporation has survived a long time in the know by always keeping a step ahead by planning strategies. Because of this marriage with society, judges do not like to rock the boat with a powerful org. opening a huge can of worms. Media seems dimly interested in the cover ups which is suprising because on a ratio basis it rivals the scandal the Roman Catholic Church. A good Example is the lack of coverage in the Barbara Anderson case. The fact that she lost her case didn't even cause a stir. States as well do not like to medal in religious affairs. They have also woven themselves into many other third world countries. That's an awful lot of unweaving to do. I do beleive the spell they have used to have is starting to wearing off thanks to the internet ,but how many people in third world countries have a computer. One day I hope that something unexpected happens in their doctrine where they back track on something big. Already they have survived many reversals and changes in doctrine. A collective consciousness needs to arise from within the ranks. I think doubts are greater than ever before. Us apostates are more than ever now and knowlege sharing is rampant even to rank and file. Empowered as never before, this will spread. So it's not really a gorilla, it's more like a boa constrictor slowly squeezing the life out of a huge bull.
