OK, I remember now.
A 50 year old married elder in our congregation was always pionnering with a 30 year old single sister. She was always in his car. I used to even see them take their breaks together at the restaurant while in the Field Service.
They were both disfellowshipped for Fornication. This must have been going on since a long time. The elder got divorced, and lived with that sister afterwards.
I think that he finally came back to the Org. and is in good standings now.

I know of one who tried to poison his wife one night, she became violently ill, threw up and called me after he came upstairs with a flashlight to check on her. I tried to get her to move in with me but what can I say my mom's a sucker, she chose to deny it later and act like it was nothing.

I knew of an elder who was "annointed" who carried on an affair for years with another 'annointed" "sister" .
I know of an elder who frequented prostitiutes and even spent some time (like a night I believe) in jail for it, and was never even brought before a JC. He is still serving as an elder.
I know of another elder who did the same thing, but he was DF and his wife and kids left him. This was after YEARS of the wife knowing what he was up too.
I know another who was on my JC who ended up leaving his wife for another woman.
Thats all I can remember right now. Such spiritual shepards these guys are.

When my ex-wife left the "troof" (way before me), she refused to meet with me and the elder that was assigned to help us. Little did I know at the time that this married elder was doing the nasty with a teenaged girl at our Hall. It was with his daughter's best friend that lived two houses from them. Yuck!
The first time the elders found out, he was deleted as an elder and it was hushed up. The affair became too public as it continued and both of them were DF'd. They ended up getting married when she turned 18.
And yes, the BOE didn't contact the police back then either!

The School Overseer who was married to a real babe, both former Gileadites, was fooling around with a Bible student. The man's wife got wind of it, came into the KH, swore obscentities at the man including, "YOU FUC*ED MY WIFE" and threw down the lecturn while trying to grab him. The elder was filling in as the Watchtower conductor, I was the reader and I threw my arms around the crazed guy for what felt like an eternity and then a real big former pro boxer took him off the platform. I was 18 then. Ahhh, the good old days!

About the time my time as a dub was coming to an end, there was this married MS that ran off with an elder's wife. The day they were both announced as DF'd was a shock to the whole congregation and the tongues started wagging soon after. The kids were devastated. Later, the wife of the MS and the elder were seen walking hand in hand together in Reliant Arena during a two day assembly happily married presumably, with everyone remarking how "cute" they looked together and that it ws so nice that they'd "found" each other. I couldn't help but think that there was some "swapping" going on that had gone awry.

I knew of an elder that REGULARLY gave talks while DRUNK! He'd hysterically laugh, tell jokes and act intoxicated. Everyone knew this Italian elder always drank his wine before the meetings. I've seen him loopy at elder's meetings too.
