How I sent my letter

Now that some time has passed I can say how I made my protest to Watchtower. I mailed that letter using the "special blue" envelopes used only for judicial correspondence. So I know that it did not go through the usual channels for correspondence. And they would have to open it at Service. I used a return address of a KH that I dug up on the Web for Chicago, to throw them off further. Hopefully other elders will go that route when they write their protest letters. All elders before they resign can grab a few of these preadressed and barcoded envelopes.

I also used the emails on www.jwtruth.com. Most notably [email protected]. Some other addresses that work are [email protected] and [email protected]. HIS stands for Hospital Information Services.

No response from them. Pretty much as everyone expected. My elder body has been after me, but I think that has more to do with my brother ratting me out. Of course the response here and at another JW forum has been massive.

That was clever, tsof. I don't expect you'll get a reply, but it's still worthwhile sending protest letter to them, it lets them know how people feel in the org.

i too sent letters to the gb ..and they were at least read to some extent because i got a reply

at the time i still believed it to be the truth and so i thought like you that any imput would be welcomed and used to stop anyone else having to go through what i had..what an idiot i was..i thought they would be outraged that a longserving brother would be treated this way...but then i got to thinking..why would jehovah need me to tell them this stuff..is he not able to do it himself

and then i realised of course that he isnt ..and then it all fitted..if they were not directed by jah then why the hell would they listen to me.

i subsequently found out that i was not an isolated communicant...that in fact hundreds perhaps thousands of people send them these kinds of letters and usually because they have been treated worse than i had..(at least i had actually done something i shouldnt't..some never have).

so i think you will be unlikely to recieve a reply to a anonymous email..and even less likely to see any changes in the org based on the suggestions you made.

still it probably made you feel better.

Hey one of the emails got through. I had sent it to Ralph Walls. I have had definite confirmation that it made it at least to the male ~~prostitutes~~ secretaries in the office. A few elders have read it as well. (WT doesn't know what they started pissing me off. Next stop the newspapers.)
