...at least at the one in my state. Found out that they read a letter Sunday at one of the congregations going to the October 7 meeting. There will be hired armed security guards with metal detectors at the door, everyone will have to go through before being allowed in.
They also said that you're not allowed to bring in any bags like lunch coolers, and that you may be physically searched. They also suggested that you bring an unopened bottle of water in case you get detained for any reason.
They are suggesting people go EARLY and plan to wait a long time to get in. There was also something mentioned about people bringing minor children who are not publishers having to get a letter signed by their PO or something and then they would get tickets at the door, not sure exactly how that would work I thought that it was just for publishers.
Anyway, I can't imagine how long it's gonna take to get all those people through security. And this thing starts at ten in the morning. People are gonna have to wait a looooooong time.
Just thought I'd pass this info along in case anyone was thinking of trying to get in without a ticket, it might not be a wise idea.
