  If a Jewish judge felt that his religion would prevent his impartiality regarding the handling of a case involving a Jewish person, the judge should recuse himself from the case.

  The point is not the personal moral stand of the attorney. The point is whether that moral stand would prevent impartial representation of the client. In the case of JWs it would, without question or reservation.

  That is the only issue. The rest is smoke and mirrors about irrelevancies that don't even apply to potentially life-threatening situations.

  Best interests of the patient:

  1) Have a blood transfusion and live

  2) Don't have a blood transfusion and die

  Which one would a lawyer serving the CLIENT'S best interest choose?

  Now, if the lawyer representing the supposed client was REALLY representing a third party interest that would be quite a predicament, wouldn't it? A judge would really need to be aware of that before allowing representation from such a lawyer.....at least a judge 'in the know' of how the WTBTS really operates to serve its OWN interests.

  Shane Brady will be before the B.C. supreme court tomorrow arguing the family should ought to have been given a hearing before the kids were taken into the custody of the Ministry in the sextuplets case.

  Would JWs be outraged to know FWF's and CJW's hand in this? JFR did NOT allow their "special knowledge" to go into official publication. It was NHK. Not that that particularly seems to matter. Or does it? Origins of run-of-the-mill wacko dogmas apparently can be rationalized away by the mind-bent - but offering your babies to MOLECH?
