Common knowledge, we were always reminded of this at elders'meetings ahead of the memorial. Ask any elder, CO, DO - present or has-been; it's just the way it is. I am not making it up. I don't remember if it is in the manual, I would have to check, but otherwise it is in letters to the elders and not in any books.
