  I'm snowed in today, so there will be no restaurant dinner or even a trip to the grocery store for some gourmet ingredients. I am making a shaped pizza instead--best I can do under the circumstances.

  Mrs BW doesn't get home til 9pm, but I'm thinking a late dinner might be in order,

  Filet Mignon (any cooking recommendations would be appreciated

  Grilled Portabella (garlic, olive oil and italian seasoning)

  Good organic brussel sprouts (golf ball size, we love em)

  Some lovely red wine. candle light etc.

  She is gluten intolerant, so desert would be tricky.
